Charitable Company Limited offers a specific product range to the shareholders.

Purpose

The Charitable Company Limited acknowledge the need to assist the owners and descendants of owners in the area of well-being.

1. Introduction
   1. The Health Grants are distributed under the Maori Community Purposes section of the Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993.
2. Criteria
   1. Owners, current spouse, children, mokopuna shall be entitled to apply for health grants, provided, all requirements have been met in accordance with the RULES as set down by the Trustees.
   2. The amount shall be (subject to the Trustees recommendation and owners confirmation).
3. Categories
   • Glasses, Dental, Dentures, Doctors, Hearing Aids
4. Application Form
   1. The Trustees insist that applicants read the application form very carefully.
   2. It is a pre-requisite to complete each associated panel where the * appears on the right hand column.
   3. The application form must be returned to be accepted.
